With two of these events taking place on two separate weekends, November 20-22 or December 4-6, 2015, these events are by far our most popular. Go to your chosen starting winery and begin a weekend of fun and festivities while sampling holiday wines and food tastings. The wineries are decorated for the holiday season. Over the 2-1/2 day weekend event, visit the participating wineries, receive a recipe book and collect ornaments to decorate your handmade grapevine wreath. These events are both co-sponsored by The Christmas House, located in nearby Elmira, NY. Tickets cost $53 per person or $75 for a couple, and literally always sell out at least a few weeks in advance. To see more about this event, click here. And to buy tickets, click here.
While tickets for these events are not on sale yet, all dates have been set now. Please note our two new, one-day events: Veggies & Varietals, and Red Red Wine! We will be posting many more details about all of these events in the coming weeks. In the meantime, if you have any questions about them, please call our office during regular business hours at 877-536-2717.
Our newest member winery is Bagley's Poplar Ridge Vineyards, and below is a recent interview with owner Brittany Bagley.
Enjoy this terrific video produced by Matt Ziegler, with voice over work by Sayre Fulkerson of Fulkerson Winery, beautifully elaborating on this year's harvest specifically, and the process of grape harvesting in general:

Trail AssociatesWe realize your main reason for visiting our site is most likely to find information about our member wineries, but also know that most visitors to our region will be seeking other businesses like restaurants, lodging, transportation providers, breweries/distilleries/cideries, and other attractions. You can patronize any of these regional businesses confident that they are doing their utmost to help you have a fun, safe and enjoyable time in the Finger Lakes Region. To view a handy map that shows all of those businesses and our member wineries at once, click here.
Large Group ToursWe are frequently asked about setting up a tour of our member wineries by large groups. Each winery has its own individual policies. Some wineries require appointments for groups of 8 or more people, others don't require an appointment unless the group exceeds 16 people, for example. In some instances tasting fees are the same between a large group and an individual, in other cases they are different. Please click here for more information on bringing a large group to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and feel free to call our office during regular business hours with any additional questions.
