Ticket Tips…

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged for other event tickets. You can give them away or sell them. Event information is printed on each ticket, the event name, date and time the event is held, your starting winery and the wineries participating for that event.

NEW & IMPORTANT, Proof of I.D. Wristband: Please bring proof that you are 21 years of age or older. You will be proofed, then given a wristband to wear during the event so you will not have to be proofed at each winery. DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKET HOLDERS will be given a DD wristband and offered an alternative non-alcoholic beverage.  WRISTBANDS DO NOT REPLACE YOUR TICKET, PLEASE BRING TICKET WITH YOU!

Fill Out Ticket: Prior to attending an event, please take a moment to fill out the top and bottom of the ticket. (Your name at the top in case you misplace your ticket along the way then at the bottom so you may receive future mailings and announcements.) If you do this ahead of time, it will save waiting in line at your starting winery.

Starting Winery: Please start at the assigned winery listed in the left hand side of your ticket, then proceed at your own pace and in the direction most convenient for you and your party. This helps to keep traffic flowing smoothly around the lake, minimizing delays. This is also where you’ll pick up your gift item and have your first food and wine pairing. (Each participating winery is given a limited quantity of gift items based upon the starting winery points.) This may also introduce you to a winery you may have never stopped at before!

Remember that each ticket entitles the bearer to one wine sample paired with a food sample at each winery (Deck the Halls “couples” ticket holders receive two per ticket). Additional samples are left to the discretion of each winery. Our events are meant to be Samplers only. If you wish to taste more than what that winery provide for the event, there may be additional tasting fees.

For groups of 24 or more, you may only attend an event together if the office prepares an itinerary for your group. Please take special note that if you are traveling with a large group and are not routed through us and the winery is already at legal attendance capacity, you may be asked to visit the next winery then return and do your tasting.

Helpful Hints…

To Designated Driver ticket holders: You are a VIP and THANK YOU for making our events safer for your family and friends! You will be offered an alternative non-alcoholic beverage with your food sample and given a designated driver wristband. (If you are the DD for a Deck the Halls “DD Couples Tickets”, you will be given a DD wristband and only served non-alcoholic beverage; the other person will be proofed and given a regular wristband.)

Transportation & Overnight Accommodations: Tickets do not include transportation or overnight accommodations. We do have a very nice listing of companies who can help you make these types of arrangements  Plan overnight accommodations in advance as the weekends tend to book up quickly.

Winery List and Map: Can also be printed off our website. Click on “Wineries” then click the "bar" you would like, it’s that simple!  If you need additional copies of our brochure, just let us know how many and we'll mail them to you.

If you have only one day to spend at any event, consider attending on Sunday, this is definitely the quieter and more relaxed of the two days.

WEGMAN'S "That's T.H.E. Ticket" TICKET OUTLET:  If you purchased a Seneca Lake Wine Trail event ticket at your local Wegman's Super Market, it is a temporary ticket as proof that you purchased one of our event tickets and which event you will be attending.  You will need to exchange it for a real Seneca Lake Wine Trail ticket during that event weekend, at the winery printed on the temporary ticket.  Please call our office if you have any questions.
