The Trail office has put together some simple and convenient packages just for you.  We did all the planning so you can just come out and enjoy the event weekend!

Packages include event tickets for 2 people; lodging includes 1 room, double occupancy, 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday) at a clean and friendly location. Rooms are guaranteed late arrival for Friday night and unless otherwise requested, are for non-smoking guests.  We will also provide 8 hours of transportation on Saturday of the event (8 hours starting at pick up and ending at drop off at your accommodation.  Includes gratuity).

Packages are non-refundable within 30 days of each event weekend, with no exceptions made to this policy under any circumstances.  Due to the time needed to organize these packages, we cannot at this time, make personal preference changes.

SPRING WINE & CHEESE:  April 26-27, 2008

(SOLD OUT)  Package #WC1 ~ Holiday Inn Elmira & Finger Lakes Winery Tours

Cost:  $395 (10 packages available)  We'd like to invite you to our Spring Wine & Cheese weekend.  This package is for 2 people.  You will receive 2 tickets to the event, 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday night) at the Holiday Inn Elmira, Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast for two, and 8 hours of transportation on Saturday, provided by Finger Lakes Winery Tours.  Finger Lakes Winery Tours will pick you up at 9:30 a.m. so you can arrive at your starting winery Cascata Winery at the Professors' Place at the start of the event at 10 a.m. Please be waiting in the lobby at 9:15, ready to go, as your ride will depart at 9:30 a.m. sharp. (Customers that sleep in too late will miss their ride and will have to drive themselves to the event, with no refund.)  You will then continue north along the western shore of Seneca Lake, sampling wines and food at participating wineries.  We recommend you bring a lunch with you.  Bottled water will be provided during your trip. The driver will return you back to your hotel by 5-5:30 p.m.   The tickets are good for Sunday also, so you are welcome to visit any of the remaining wineries on your own though transportation will not be provided. Sunday event hours are noon to 5 p.m.

NOVEMBER DECK THE HALLS:  November 22-23, 2008

(SOLD OUT) Package #1 ~ Holiday Inn Waterloo & Finger Lkes Winery Tours 

Cost:  $388  (10 packages available) We would like to invite you to our Deck the Halls weekend.  Each package is for 1 couple.  You will receive 1 couple's ticket (2 people tasting and you share the wreath packet and ornaments you collect throughout the weekend), 2 night stay (Friday & Saturday night) at the Holiday Inn Waterloo, Saturday morning breakfast for two and 8 hours of transportation on Saturday provided by Finger Lakes Winery Tours.  Finger Lakes Winery Tours will pick you up at 9:30 a.m. so you can arrive at your starting winery Ventosa Vineyards at the start of the event at 10 a.m. Please be waiting in the lobby at 9:15, ready to go, as the bus will depart at 9:30 a.m. sharp. (Customers that sleep in too late will miss the bus and will have to drive themselves to the event, with no refund.)  You will then continue south along the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, sampling wines and food at participating wineries.  We recommend you bring a lunch with you.  Bottled water will be provided during your trip. The driver will return you back to your hotel by 5-5:30 p.m.   The tickets are good for Sunday also, so you are welcome to visit any of the remaining wineries on your own though transportation will not be provided.  Sunday event hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
