January- "How Oak Influences a Wine", Tasting included bottled wine, tanks and barrels. Reservations required, no charge.
February- "Guess My Age", Tasting and discussing older Finger Lakes Rieslings with current vintage and 2011 vintage, includes tank samples.
March- Food and Wine Pairing, Taste the New Red Wine Releases with tidbits.
April- Comparison of '10 and '11 vintages. Side by side comparisons of several varies such as Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer and Chardonnay.
May- Food and Wine Pairing, Taste the new 2011 Releases, paired with a variety of tid bits.

Rock Stream Vineyard's owner/winemaker/distiller, Dr. Mark Karasz, will provide a personalized wine and/or spirits tasting while providing insight into the wine making and distillation processes. The tasting will include a brief tour of the bottling line and distillation apparatus. Please call in advance to make an appointment. Open daily from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

January- Sit down with our winemaker and taste our reds, including a barrel sample of a 2011 wine.Lakewood Vineyards has designed a series of custom experiences for each of the Winemaker Wednesday event
February- A bubbly experience! A sit down tasting of our bubbly wines with our winemaker. He will take time to explain the process of making these special wines.
March- How are the vines doing this winter? A member of the vineyard crew will show you how to assess winter damage in some grape varieties, followed by a tasting of the wines made from grapes from those vineyards.
April- Our winemaker will pour some barrel samples of the 2011 vintage beside the current releases of those wines, and discuss the difference in the two.
May- A 2011 vintage preview with tank samples or recently bottled 2011 wines poured alongside the current release of those varieties.

Visit Wagner Vineyards for an unforgettable wine tasting experience. Laura Lee, owner, will take you on a winery tour showcasing the tank room and wine cellar, where you will be given the opportunity to do a barrel tasting. In addition you will receive a personalized tasting of 5 wines paired with local cheeses. Tour times are available between 11am - 3pm and require a reservation; please allow at least one hour for your tour. Tours are $10/person and are not available to groups of more than 8 people.
Three Brothers Wineries, 315-585-4432
This unique winery will offer tank tours and tastings for all days of the Winemaker Wednesdays program, led by one of the winemakers, or winery owners. There is no fee associated with this tour, though an appointment is required between 10am-5pm. Participants will receive complimentary tastings at our 3 wineries and microbrewery upon completion of the tank tour, as well as 15% off wine purchases.
